Create multiple file from one file with same text.

Eric
I've one file name file01.txt and wanted to create around 200 file name like file02.txt, file03.txt, file04.txt, …....., file200.txt. , and all the file containing same txt of file01.txt only name is different.
For example I have file01.txt containing.
Aa bb cc
wanted to create file02.txt, file03.txt, file04.txt, ….... file200.txt containing
Aa bb cc
I assume there is a quick way with perl but it has defeated my limited knowledge

Thanks Guru for your quick reply.

I'm using UNIX. By the way I've create the script in Perl to create multiple file.

Now my next target is Out of those 200 file search and replacement the match character.
E.g
file01.txt have
1,51:495600
118,1:20140924105028

file02.txt have
1,51:495600
118,1:20140924105028

and so on..till file200.txt

our result should be

Now file01.txt have
1,51:495601  /* each file ':number' will be incremented by one
118,1:20140924100228 /* each file 11th and 12th position character will be incremented by 02

for earlier it was 50 now it will incremented by 02 , 03 , 04 like that max will be 60
e.g
118,1:20140924105028 /* file01.txt
118,1:20140924100228 /* file02.txt
118,1:20140924100428 /* file03.txt
118,1:20140924100628 /* file04.txt
118,1:20140924100828 /* file05.txt

your help to create this script will be highly appreciable.

Regards,
Eric
