I have a client -server code where Java code is calling a remote shell script using SSH channel. The script is getting executed in openSSH. After applying recent released patch for Shellshock security vulnerability issue (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shellshock_%28software_bug%29), we have facing problem like ---There are some jobs initiated by main remote script in nohup mode , to be run in background. These jobs got terminated whenever main script get over.
If we execute the same script in remote server directly (on bash shell), it is not giving such kind of the issue.
